Surya Namaskara To observe Spiritual Awareness
Surya Namaskara is a Spiritual Practice in yoga, incorporating a flow sequence of twelve gracefully linked asanas. Surya Namaskara requires balance, focus, movement, and coordination. The main focus throughout the training would be on awareness on the body, mind and the breath. Surya Nmaskara is taught through Practical Guided, demonstration, discussion and practice. Contraindications, and benefits are main topics for discussion.
