Started the weekday teacher training course at Anushasan Yogpeeth and had a wonderful growing experience, Atul Sir was very accommodative with timings and helped clear all doubts. Loved the patience that was shown throughout the training … More and the insights that I got over the spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga. Ashish sir also helped us with complicated asanas.. if you’re looking for a career in yoga and are trying to work around with a busy life this is the best place to learn and grow.

I came to know about this place from one of my friends who got benefitted from the Yoga sessions conducted by Atul Sir. Me & my husband both joined Anushasan Yogpeeth and experienced the transformations in us. I had very bad back problem … More which actually reduced to none because of the curated yoga practices by Atul Sir. He customises the practices according to one's need and health benefits. The calmness of the centre added to our healing process, I would say. I am looking forward to booking some more sessions with Atul Sir at the Anushasan Yogpeeth.

Being someone who has always focused on strength training and weights, combined with a lifestyle of almost always sitting on a chair and working for a living, I dint understand how rigid my body had become over time.I started practice with … More Shri Atul in late October 2021 and within almost 3 months down the line could actually do a full Paschimottanasana with relative ease! When I started I could barely get my upper body to lean forward in that pose!Whats beautiful is how I can feel and experience the functioning of my body muscles and breath, its as if I have discovered my body in ways I never knew before existed and I mean this.Wish to thank and acknowledge Shri Atul for his knowledge of the practice and most of all his patience and perseverance in helping someone like me achieve progress.I wish to go deeper into Yoga as a practice and reach my best potential, thanks to Shri Atul and Anushasan Yogpeeth!
