Really fortunate to learn ancient yoga practice from Anushasan Yogapeeth. It's been almost a month and I already feel more relaxed and calm. My body is no longer stiff and lethargic. Atul Sir tells you each and every asana with its … More impacts and medical benifits on specific parts of body. He exhibits good knowledge of all the meditation kriyas and guide you through each and every posture in detail and explain all the mudras and back it with a good logic. He guides and corrects all our postures and observes the progress of each member closely. Really looking forward to continue and progress towards more advanced Yogic practice and transforming to a better state of mind and body

Being someone who has always focused on strength training and weights, combined with a lifestyle of almost always sitting on a chair and working for a living, I dint understand how rigid my body had become over time.I started practice with … More Shri Atul in late October 2021 and within almost 3 months down the line could actually do a full Paschimottanasana with relative ease! When I started I could barely get my upper body to lean forward in that pose!Whats beautiful is how I can feel and experience the functioning of my body muscles and breath, its as if I have discovered my body in ways I never knew before existed and I mean this.Wish to thank and acknowledge Shri Atul for his knowledge of the practice and most of all his patience and perseverance in helping someone like me achieve progress.I wish to go deeper into Yoga as a practice and reach my best potential, thanks to Shri Atul and Anushasan Yogpeeth!

I have completed my 200 Hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course from Anushasan Yogpeeth, Bangalore. My experience is very satisfactory. Atul sir crafted Yoga sessions according to my physical and mental make up. I was given individual … More attention to understand the role of antomical alignment & adjustment in practicing Asanas. I found Lectures on Patanjali Yoga Sutra's very interesting and easy to understand. Overall i feel, my knowledge and skill is improved now. Thanks to all the faculty members of Anushasan Yogpeeth.
