Yoga for Beginners Certification Course

In this Short Term (12 Hours) Course , basic postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques, Pranayama and Meditation are also integrated. Deep Relaxation and Awareness are the goals, as we make a complete body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, supine, prone, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Who can do this course?

  • This course is for you if you’re new to yoga.
  • You will understand, how to follow breath synchronization with proper body movement.

Aims And Objectives

  • To become aware of body movement and breath.
  • To become aware of the self.

Pre-Requisites:

  • This course is open to all students who want to learn the basic concept of Yoga and application of some of the highest teachings of yoga.
  • Trainees do not need to be yoga teachers.
  • Only your sincerity and passion for Yoga is required.

You will learn from this course:

  • Concept and application of Hatha Yoga.
  • Breathing, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Relaxation

Assessment and Certification

The students are continuously assessed throughout the short term course at all levels. There will be a written and practical demonstration exam at the end of the course to evaluate the understanding of the Asana Alignment and skills of the students. Trainees should pass all different aspects of the course to be eligible for the course Certification.
