Weekdays intensive non-residential Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course is designed for yoga enthusiast and experts. The yoga classes are conducted from 10.30am to 04.00pm, on weekdays (Monday to Friday). The duration of this course is approximately one month. Personal attention and doubt clearing time given to each and every student. Timings and Batch venue are subjected to periodic changes as per the availability of classrooms and faculties.

The syllabus consists of Hatha Yoga Lineage, Asana Sequencing, Anatomy, Physiology & Biomechanics, Pranayama & Subtle Body, Kriyas & Meditation. This course also covers topics on Histroy, Philosophy & Ethical Precepts of Yoga, Teaching Methodology, Yoga Professional Development and Practicum.

Assignment and Examination
- Students will be required to engage in self-study and submit daily & weekly assignments on the basis of the day’s lectures and discussions.
- There will be a practical and a theory exam at the end of the course to assess the students on their learning, practice and teaching during the Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Assessment and Yoga Certification
- The students are continuously assessed throughout the course at all levels. There will be a
practical as well as written examination at the end of the course to evaluate the understanding of the philosophy of Yoga and skills of the students. Participant should pass all different aspects of the course to be eligible to receive the course diploma.
- On the successful completion of the course, the trainee is qualified to register with Yoga Alliance, USA, to be recognized as a Certified International Yoga Teacher-RYT 200.
- Upon successful completion of the course students receive the Certificate from the Anushasan Yogpeeth.
Assessment is based on:
- Behaviour and Attitude inside and outside of the Institute while attending the course.
- Regular attendance of all classes.
- Performance during the practical Yoga classes.
- Hatha yoga teaching skills.
